Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal (excluding PayPal e-checks). Your credit card will be pre-authorized during order entry and settled upon shipment. All prices are displayed in US Dollars. Different currency rates can be selected at the top righthand corner, next to the Cart Icon if needed. 
 
Sales tax is collected for orders shipped within Massachusetts as required by law.

Gifting:

When placing items in your cart, you will have the option to add a gift note. Simply enter your message in the designated field below the order subtotal. This message will appear on the packing slip included with your order or on a greeting card if purchased. Please note, prices are not displayed on the packing slip.

Shipping: 
Estimated delivery of orders within the United States is between 3-7 business days. This estimate does not include busy shipping times and holidays. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. UPS does not deliver on holidays. USPS First Class Package transit times are not guarantied. 

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, zone, and chosen service level after adding items to your cart. Retail orders over $50 receive free domestic standard shipping.

You'll receive an email upon order receipt and another with tracking information once your order ships.
International Shipping:
We do ship internationally using USPS Priority INTL. Customers are responsible for customs and duty fees. Free shipping promos apply to domestic shipping only. We don't offer free returns or exchanges for international orders.

Change or Cancel Orders:
Orders can't usually be changed once placed due to quick processing.  Contact us with questions.
