Returns

We offer FREE RETURNS!

We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase. 

    • All returned items must be in their original packaging.
    • We don't refund the original shipping cost.
    • Free returns or exchanges are not available for international orders.

To start a return, simply email us at care@scoutcuratedwears.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within two business days with a return label and instructions.

Did you purchase a Scout Curated Wears item from one of our amazing stockists? For returns, please contact the store where you bought your jewelry. Thank you!

Exchanges

Want something else? Email us at care@scoutcuratedwears.com with your request, order number and/or buyer name to look up your order for exchange. We can do an exchange for items purchased directly from our online store only.

    • Exchange orders will be mailed using the same shipping speed used on your original order after the returns items are received. This may take up to 2 weeks. 

Damages

If your item arrived damaged, please let us know within 7 days by emailing care@scoutcuratedwears.com for further instructions.
