We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase.
To start a return, simply email us at care@scoutcuratedwears.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within two business days with a return label and instructions.
Did you purchase a Scout Curated Wears item from one of our amazing stockists? For returns, please contact the store where you bought your jewelry. Thank you!
Must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges must be for items of equal value and from the same collection.
(For example: a Stone Wrap for another Stone Wrap.)
Exchange orders will be shipped after we receive the returned item—please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.
International orders are not eligible for free returns or exchanges.
Want something else? Email us at care@scoutcuratedwears.com with your request, order number and/or buyer name to look up your order for exchange. We can do an exchange for items purchased directly from our online store only.
Exchange orders will be mailed using the same shipping speed used on your original order after the returns item(s) are received. This may take up to 2 weeks.
If your item arrived damaged, please let us know within 7 days by emailing care@scoutcuratedwears.com for further instructions.
If you bought your item from one of our amazing retail partners, please reach out to the store directly for their return or exchange process. We can only accept returns/exchanges for orders placed through our website.
