We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal (we do not accept PayPal e-checks). Please note that credit cards are pre-authorized during the order entry process and then settled when your order ships.
An email notifications will be sent upon receipt of your order, and followed by another once your order has shipped with tracking number.

We are required by law to collect sales tax for orders shipped within the state of Massachusetts.
Once you place your order it takes 1 to 2 business days to process and prepare your order to ship. Orders ship Mon-Fri from our Massachusetts warehouse. The warehouse does not ship on weekends or holidays. Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, nor are these considered transit days. You will be sent an order confirmation via e-mail once your order has been received and then another notice with tracking number(s) when your order has shipped.
Costs are calculated after you have added items to your shopping cart and are based on weight, zone and service level chosen. Retail orders over $50 receive free domestic standard shipping.
We try to get your order out as quickly as possible so it's not likely you can change an order once you have placed it. Feel free to email us with any questions.
We do ship internationally! We ship using USPS Priority INTL and ship to select locations around the world. If you are not seeing INTL shipping as an option for your location feel free to contact us and we are happy to help. Customers are responsible for customs and duty fees. Free shipping promotions are for domestic shipping only.
